How to participate?

BKOOL gives you the opportunity to be part of this fantastic virtual cycling event from the comfort of your own home. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign up for BKOOL, download the BKOOL Cycling app, and connect it to your smart trainer of any brand. No matter what equipment you have, BKOOL is compatible with a wide range of trainers.
  2. First time on BKOOL? Enjoy a 7-day free trial. No extra registration fees required.
  3. Access the simulator with your profile. The stages will be available at the top of the PROMO section. Complete the stage within the established period, save your session, and record your best time in the rankings.
  4. You can repeat each stage as many times as you want within the time limit. Your best time will be the one that counts!

Event information

With September upon us, it's time to get back into the routine... and back to training. That's why we're launching Back to the Ride: FTP Challenge, a 6-week virtual event designed to help you get back into your sessions with motivation and take advantage of the new features in version 7.92 of BKOOL.

From September 15 to October 26, we offer six selected routes to challenge your fitness and experience new features such as the 8-minute FTP test, Choose Your Gear mode, or the option to pause your routes.

Each week, a new route will be activated in the PROMO section of the app, which you can repeat as many times as you want to improve your time. Only your best time will count.

📍 Weekly routes:

• Week 1 (September 15–21): Route to La Ciudad del Oasis
• Week 2 (September 22–28): Lake Bodom
• Week 3 (Sep 29–Oct 5): Jackson Hole, WY
• Week 4 (Oct 6–12): Schelde Peloton
• Week 5 (Oct. 13–19): Long Island
• Week 6 (Oct. 20–26): Lake Simcoe – Lake Dr East
